Captains Adventure LTD is a motorcycle event company which may have been promoted or sold via a third party or partner. We/I accept participation in this event will be with Captains adventure LTD.

We duly understand any form of motorcycling is considered a dangerous activity which could cause death, injury, disability, and property damage.

· I certify that I am physically fit with no impairments.

· I certify that I have all licensing and insurance required by law and I am competent to operate a motorcycle in a safe manner. This event does not include personal injury insurance.

· I hereby consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an injury, accident or illness during my ride and participating in this event.

· I certify I will wear personal protective equipment whilst participating.

· I certify that I take action for myself, my executors, heirs next to kin, successors and assign that I waive, release and discharge the organisers of this event from ALL liability, e.g. death, disability, personal injury and property damage/theft.
Any damage caused to loaned or hired motorcycles must be paid for and you fully agree with any cost incurred.

Anyone under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian’s written permission to participate in the event and agree to the conditions above. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to monitor the child at all times. Permission is not accepted unless you receive written confirmation from Captains Adventure LTD that your child may attend the event in any capacity.
